Hackerteen participates in an event in Cannes and at the Ottawa Animation Festival .
On October 3 and 7, 2009 came two of the biggest World Festivals TV, Games and Internet in Cannes, MIPCOM and MIPJunior and on days 14 and 15, the Ottawa Animation Festival. Hackerteen was present in all of them represented by Denio Di Lascio, Executive Producer of DayDreamLab, the company responsible for developing HackerTeen for TV Series.
The Hackerteen is a project for the education of young generation for the best use of Internet. Classes of internet entrepreneur and conscious use of computer security demystifying the term hacker, was consider unique for Harvard Business School. With a lot of games and stories, HackerTeen was selected as one of the best for TV Series for teenagers.
Cannes is the biggest showcase of world cinema and animation, and is held each year in the French city of Cannes. The Hackerteen attended two important international festivals of audiovisual content in Cannes: the MIPJunior - for children and young people (Children's International Marketing Program), and MIPCOM international audiovisual content market (creation, production, purchase, sale , financing and distribution) for multiple platforms (television, internet, home video, cable TV and satellite).
This year, the Television Animation Conference was part of International Animation Festival was held in Ottawa and Fairmount Château Laurier, Canada, between 14th and October 15th. The goal of the festival is to show the animation market to a global projection and training of professionals attending the event.
Brazil was the focus of the Festival of Ottawa, to conquer international markets, extending the International Training Program (CIP) Animation (workshop held in May in London) continued in the Canadian capital. Among the five finalists for the PIC animation producers in Brazil was the Hackerteen who was honored by the Canadian Consulate in Sao Paulo, to promote the idea of the project in Canada for the exploration of partners for co-productions.
